Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
EQU Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend contacting us as well so we can assist where possible.
For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
