Returns & Exchange Policy
Applies to: All products purchased directly through our online store.
1. Return Window
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the original order delivery date.
To initiate the process, the customer must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number through our online portal before shipping the item back.
2. Product Condition
Condition is the most critical factor for high-value equestrian gear. To be eligible, the item must meet all the following requirements:
Pristine Condition: The item must be in new, unused, unwashed condition and free of any signs of wear or damage.
Equestrian Items (Apparel and Boots): Must not show any hair, dirt, odors, or any mark indicating contact with a horse or being worn while riding. Boot soles must be clean and unmarked.
Original Packaging & Tags: The product must be returned with all original tags intact and attached, and in its original packaging (boot boxes, protective bags, helmet covers, etc.). The shipping box is not considered original packaging.
Documentation: The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
3. Return Types
Refund: Money will be credited back to the original method of payment, minus the cost of the original shipping fee.
Exchange: The customer may exchange the item for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Store Credit: Store credit can be issued for future purchases.
4. Shipping Costs
Returns for Preference or Sizing Exchange: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Using a trackable, insured shipping service is highly recommended.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, or factory defect/damage), we will cover the costs of return shipping and re-shipment (in case of an exchange).
5. Important Exclusions (Non-Eligible Items)
To protect hygiene and investment, the following items are excluded from the return policy, unless they present a manufacturing defect:
Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any boots, apparel, or accessories with custom color options, monograms, or specific measurements (like Parlanti's "Semi-Customs" or "Special Edition").
Final Sale or Clearance Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounted and Sale Items: Products purchased with a discount or during a sale are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Undergarments or Socks: For hygiene reasons.
Certain Horse Accessories/Tack: Such as used bits, or any item implying direct contact with the animal (e.g., saddle pads that show horse hair).
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the new and original condition requirements. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
