Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 3-week return policy (from the date you receive the item) for any exchange or refunds.
ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
We ask that the customer takes care of the shipping for the return, and recommend using a tracked service (please send us the tracking info). Once the item is received on our end we will inspect it and either refund or exchange. We will take care of the shipping of the new item if it’s an exchange. If it's sent directly from a vendor the same inspection policy will apply and all transactions are subject to their return policy guidelines.
Please write “last name / order #” on the outside of the package.
